AI usage policy
How AI features work in Uniiq Operations
On this page
Scope
Uniiq Operations may offer AI-assisted suggestions, summaries, planning helpers, and usage-metered features.
This policy explains limitations and your responsibilities when using them.
Not a substitute for professional judgment
AI outputs can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.
They do not replace qualified human review, safety procedures, engineering standards, payroll systems, or legal advice.
You are responsible for verifying outputs before operational use.
Your data and models
- Prompts and context may include operational data you submit (projects, tasks, rosters, notes).
- We configure providers to process data for service delivery, not for unrelated model training where contractually prohibited.
- Organisation administrators control who can access AI features through permissions and billing limits.
Usage limits and billing
AI usage may be metered and billed according to your subscription plan. Usage dashboards and limits are shown in the billing area.
See Terms of use for payment terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use AI features to generate unlawful content, attempt to extract secrets from the platform, or automate decisions that violate workplace laws without appropriate oversight.
See Acceptable use and Responsible AI principles.
