Uniiq Operations is operated by RIPPLE ELECTRICAL SERVICES PTY LTD (ACN 627 966 689). References to “Uniiq”, “we”, or “us” mean the operator unless the context requires otherwise.

By accessing or using Uniiq Operations, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

We provide workforce planning, project execution, and operational intelligence tools.

The service may include experimental features flagged as beta or preview.

• Maintain accurate account and roster data.
• Protect login credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorised access.
• Comply with applicable laws, safety rules, and employment obligations.
• Review AI-assisted output before operational use.
• Follow our Acceptable use policy.

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled through the Stripe customer portal or as described in your plan.

Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. See billing screens for current pricing and renewal dates.

We retain ownership of the platform. You retain ownership of your data.

You grant us a limited licence to host and process your data solely to provide the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, or AUD $100 if no fees were paid in that period.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email where practical.

Continued use after notice may require renewed acceptance.
